Fitness at Fairview
Fitness at Fairview – July 22 at 9AM – Fairview Park
Pilates/Yoga session with Carla. Join us under the trees for combinations of several yoga poses and Pilates exercises, including core, balance and stretching. All fitness levels are welcome and will benefit from this one-hour session. Bring your mat and water, and wear stretchy clothing Donations accepted.
